Truist Plaza is comprised of three adjoining elements – the Truist Plaza tower, the Truist Plaza parking structure and the Truist Plaza Garden Offices. Truist Plaza presents a new city prototype in recognizing and responding to a human need for spaces and places that enhance the urban experience. Truist Plaza is sited in downtown Atlanta, anchoring the north end of downtown Atlanta’s Peachtree Center complex. From the very beginning, Truist Plaza was envisioned as an enduring symbol of progress and prosperity – an elegant icon on the Atlanta skyline. The 60-story, 1.4 million sf (130,064 sm) Truist Plaza office tower anchors the north end of the Peachtree Center complex. The plan is square with alternating office projections stepping in and out, thereby creating 36 corner offices per floor. The complex was not meant to serve only those who work there. The welcoming public spaces of the plaza area and installations of public art throughout are intended to be lasting gifts to the city of Atlanta and its people.
