Norfolk State University Master Plan

A comprehensive master plan was developed for Norfolk State University’s 134-acre (54-hectare) campus in an urban setting. Addressing the physical growth necessary to accommodate a population of 7,500 students, it provides 2,830 beds and 5,200 parking spaces to transform the campus from a “commuter” to a “residential” campus.
