Embarcadero Center West

This 477,500 sf (44,400 sm), 33-story office tower is part of the award-winning Embarcadero Center – the commercial component of a major urban renewal project that renovated the former Federal Reserve office building. The project transformed a run-down warehouse district into a prototype for an urban, people-oriented, mixed-use development. Landscaped plazas and bridges along a pedestrian spine link the 3 levels of retail space, connecting this magnificent tower with other high-rise office towers, hotels and the Justin Herman Plaza.
