The vision of the design is to create an iconic tower to capture the spirit of the city, which was marked by its long cultural history and as a textile industry base from the early 19OOs. The tower design transcend the time with is abstract and simplistic approach to façade design based on strong geometry. The crown when lit at night, will become the lantern that reminds people of the city’s glorious past.

The retail podium consists of variety of boutique shops and restaurants, as amenity space to serve not only the users in the tower but also the  people of the surrounding area, to make it a new city destination.
